The Co-op has a variety of essential workshops formulated for the development of professional skills, digital and creative innovation and ongoing membership while fostering the essence of sustainability. With a reach of a hundred Ontario artists and counting, The Co-op offers 150 workshops that allow artists to expand their knowledge surrounding the music industry and supports the shift to a digital-focused environment. During the workshop "Arranging for Vocals and Big Band" led by Andrew Kesler, questions and discussion will be held to present a deeper look at the professional music industry.


Andrew Kesler is an award-winning Musician, Composer, Arranger, Engineer and Producer based in both Canada and Los Angeles. Born and raised in the prairies of Saskatchewan, Kesler is a patron of many musical styles and a seasoned international performer and session player. He's often referred to as the "Gadget Man" for his ability to work seamlessly on both sides of the glass in the recording studio and has credited contributions on over 50 albums spanning all genres. Career highlights include America’s Got Talent, The 2018 Emmy Awards, Lifetime Network, The 2016 Tony Awards, Comedy Central, TLC Network, Netflix, David Foster, Arturo Sandoval, Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band, John Mayer, Jorge Calandrelli, Nan Schwartz, Lalo Schifrin, Al Schmitt, Pentatonix, Chris Walden’s Big Band, Jennifer Holliday, Manhattan Transfer, Siedah Garrett, Macy Gray, Babyface and many more.
